Instructions: Please fill out the form in its entirety. A digital entry is anything that is created digitally or enhanced digitally.
Digital Entry Categories
Computer-developed Media which includes websites, graphic designs, comics, animation, games, music, photography, and digitally-enhanced fine art | illustration, Podcasts and Vlogs.
Film/Video which includes short films, music video, narrative or documentary movies (30 minutes or less), digital photos, and animation.
A competition entry is not considered valid until the entry form, correct entry fee, and entry project are all received by posted deadlines.
The DigiFestR competition is open to students, amateurs & professionals in the categories as noted above. If you attend middle school or high school, you will submit as a student entry, including your age. If you are in college or consider yourself a hobbyist – you will submit in the category of amateur. If you are making a living from your craft or your entry is associated to a specific company that employs you, then you enter as a professional.

Terms & Conditions: DigiFestR Temecula is an event put on by JDS Creative Academy, a 501c3 charitable nonprofit, with the mission of providing education, training, and a career pathway to enhance achievement in workforce development in industries of visual and performing arts including new media technology.
Computer-developed Media which includes websites, graphic designs, comics, animation, games, music, photography, and digitally-enhanced fine art | illustration, Podcasts and Vlogs.
Film/Video which includes short films, music video, narrative or documentary movies (30 minutes or less), digital photos, and animation.
Each entry will be viewed and evaluated by a member of the DigiFestR judging committee. The DigiFestR committee is comprised of industry professionals, community members, and JDS Creative Academy Board members. Each entry will be judged on a scoring matrix established by the JDS Creative Academy Board of Directors. Scoring matrices will not be made public. Winners will be announced at the awards banquet on August 23rd, 2020. Awards will consist of a variation of the following: The coveted Digi, a People’s Choice Acknowledgement & Certificate, and/or an Honorable Mention Certificate. The DigiFestR judging committee, in collaboration with the JDS Creative Academy Board of Directors, has decision authority on which entry receives the Digi and Honorable Mention. The People’s Choice is decided the weekend of the event. All voting ballots for the People’s Choice Award will be available on-site at DigiFestR 2020.

All payments to be made via FilmFreeway with the online form or call JDSCA 951-296-6715. Entries will be exhibited and/or available for screening even if it they are not nominated.
