Want to be a vendor at DigiFest® 2025?
Here’s is some important info you need to know:
Vendor Space: You will be provided with a 4ft space for your setup.
Tables & Chairs: One 4ft table and one chair can be supplied upon request. Please indicate on your application if needed.
Vendor Fee: Once your application is approved, you will receive a follow-up email with a payment link. The vendor fee is $150.00 and must be paid within one week of application approval to secure your spot.
What’s Included in the Fee:
- Your vendor space for all three days of DigiFest® 2025.
- An all-access ticket for the full DigiFest® weekend.
- Marketing and promotion from our social platforms.
- You keep 100% of your profits!
Deadline: The application deadline is April 5. Prices will increase after this date.
Limited Availability: Spaces are limited, so secure your spot as soon as possible!
Setup & Teardown:
- Setup: Friday from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
- Teardown: Sunday from 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Leaving Your Booth: You are welcome to come and go as you please throughout the event.
Security Notice: You may leave your table set up for all three days. The building will be locked overnight, but DigiFest® is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
